Reservation Deposit:
A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve , and other outstanding 50% payment is due upon arrival.
Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of $500.00 is required for the cost of missing and broken items, excessive and extensive cleaning.
The damage deposit will be refunded promptly after your departure and the staff has performed inventory checks.
